How long will my claim take?

When your eligibility for compensation has been confirmed by Claims Direct, you will be assigned your personal Case Manager who will ensure we have all the information we need to process your claim as quickly as possible.  

Every claim we handle is different and so the time it takes to settle each can vary from one case to the next. We work with you and involved third parties to bring your claim to a swift conclusion that see you compensated to your full satisfaction. 

Many claims can be processed quickly within 12 weeks, although more complicated cases can take much longer. Your Case Manager will keep in touch with you throughout the claims process to update you on progress and answer any questions you may have.
